Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using WUWI Sites, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using WUWI Sites on behalf of a business, you're agreeing on that business's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.

Description of service

WUWI Sites is a website builder that lets you create, edit, and publish websites — either by drafting a starting point from a description or building manually with our page editor. Features, plans, and included usage vary by tier as described on our Pricing page.

Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You may not use WUWI Sites to publish content that is illegal, infringes on someone else's rights, or is intended to deceive or harm others. We reserve the right to suspend or remove sites that violate this policy. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Publish content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of others.
• Use the service to distribute malware, phishing pages, or other harmful content.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or circumvent usage limits.
• Resell or sublicense access to the builder itself without our written agreement.

Content ownership

You own the content you create with WUWI Sites — your site's copy, images, and structure remain yours. We don't claim ownership over what you build, and you can export your content at any time. In exchange, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as needed to operate the service.

Payment & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected at signup. Add-ons — custom domains, AI credit top-ups, additional team seats — are billed separately as described on our Pricing page. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your account settings; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

Termination

You may stop using WUWI Sites and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. If your account is terminated, your published sites will go offline; we'll give you a reasonable window to export your content first, except in cases of serious or repeated violations.

Disclaimers

WUWI Sites is provided "as is." We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every specific purpose. AI-generated drafts are a starting point, not guaranteed-accurate content — you're responsible for reviewing and editing anything before you publish it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, WUWI Sites is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WUWI Sites operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use WUWI Sites after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
