Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 4, 2026 · Draft for this design round — pending real legal review before publish.
Overview
We want everyone to be able to read and use WUWI Sites — this website and the sites people build with it. Our target for this site is WCAG 2.1 level AA, and we treat gaps against it as bugs, not backlog.
What we do
- Real semantic HTML: headings in order, one H1 per page, real lists, buttons and links — the same output every WUWI Sites page publishes.
- Keyboard access: every control on this site can be reached and used without a mouse, with a visible focus state.
- Motion: the drifting glows, floating cards and demos stop when your system asks for reduced motion.
- Contrast: text on the dark palette is checked against the AA contrast ratio.
Known limitations
Decorative animations (glows, floating cards) are purely visual and carry no information. The drag-to-reorder demo on the home page is a mouse/touch interaction; the same reordering is available in the real builder with keyboard controls.
Feedback
If something on this site is hard to use with assistive technology, tell us through the Contact page and we'll fix it — that's the fastest way to make this statement true in practice.
